After lightly roasting long pepper, it needs to be finely powdered and preserved in a glass jar. Early in the morning and one hour before dinner in the evening, start with a pinch of long pepper powder finely mixed in organic honey. As you continue this practice, increase the quantity of long pepper powder to two pinches during the second and third weeks. This may be further increased to three pinches, after two weeks. Sticking to this regimen until flab is reduced .

Never go overboard on long pepper powder – it may burn your stomach.

Make about 25 ml of fresh aloe vera juice. Mix 75 ml of warm water to this and drink this juice, early in the morning. Do not have anything for at least 45 minutes afterwards. Continue this practice regularly, to get satisfactory results.

Aloe vera acts as a laxative. Hence it is important to stick to specific dosage. Aloe vera helps in proper digestion and helps in elimination of undesirable fat from the abdominal region.

Take a few pieces of tender bottlegourd. Else, you may take a few small pieces of ashgourd after removing the seeds. Run these pieces in the mixer and add warm water and a little table salt for taste. Drink this juice on an empty stomach early, every morning.
