If the bodily heat is in excess then you can make a fine paste of fenugreek seeds and apply it on your scalp. Leave it on the scalp for 30 minutes and then wash off. Pour coconut oil on your scalp and start massaging. Slowly, start massaging your body with some more coconut oil. This will absorb all the heat from your body.
